The Prime Minister, Mr Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, met with UN Secretary-General, Mr Antonio Guterres, yesterday (Friday), in New York.
The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister discussed the UN reform and the need to revitalise multilateralism. They also agreed on the need to review the composition of the Security Council, for it to respond to new realities.
Mr Jugnauth and Mr Guterres also discussed the specificities of island States facing climate change.
